If you look at the IMDb page for Daniel Rabin, the actor who played George, you will see that he's listed as an "Aide" in 604. It won't be the first time that Kudos has recycled an actor. Richard Armitage was an "Armed Police Officer" in 104 (Traitor's Gate) (2002) before coming on board as Lucas North 7 years later
