Plus, the guy standing with Lucas and Harry in the first two pictures I think looks an awful lot like Max Brown; see Series 9 thread for more info if you missed it.

According to what was tweeted last week and a comment that's been left on the pics, Harry is getting shot 
I think the plastic is to diffuse the light from the big spotlight shining in the window. Possibly to create the effect of daylight outside the room they were filming in. (This technique is mentioned in the DVD commentary for 4.5.)
I agree - it looks like Max Brown to me as well.

Havent seen the pics but I really hope that all the cast of series 8 return will look at the pics later. Has anyone seen anything in the magazine's etc about series 9? Am I just grasping at straws when I think the hotel explosion at the end of s8 was a red herring and HN, RA and the others return but not the baby HS? Perhaps we are all just lisening to rumour and reading too much into things? Perhaps Ros and hopefully Malcolm will be back?

Harry's been shot at before I'm sure that stunt double is helping to get him out of the way. I would say lucky person for being able to tackle PF to the ground but just another stunt double. I don't think Ruth will be too happy with Harry possibly getting shot at again.

Filming crew at great Suffolk street today, just off southwark street behind Tate modern! Saw Peter firth being driven in when I just popped out in between lectures! So excited! Wonder if Harry and Ruth are meeting by the millenium bridge again? If I see anymore will let you
know!

According to Twitter, there is Spooks filming taking place in Northampton Square, EC1, this evening. On the bandstand* and by the main City Uni building. Some pics have been posted but they don't show any cast.

Hey, I went to Northampton Square yesterday and managed to see a bit of filming. Both Richard Armitage and Laila Rouass were there....and managed to get both their autographs....go me!! I was also talking to the crew for a bit and apparently they were filming a scene that is crucial for the plotline which will run through the series and it was part of episode 2. That's all I know but it was pretty awesome to see anyway

Every year I hope they'll drop the plot running through the series stuff. Oh well.
This might possibly hint that Laila Rouass not being with Section D. I've never known them meet each other at a bandstand. It tends to be Americans, but who knows this series.
